AERUN – Shipping Policy

AERUN aims to deliver orders safely and efficiently within Pakistan.

Delivery Area

We currently intend to serve customers within Pakistan, subject to courier availability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days as an estimated processing period. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, weather, courier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Payment Options

AERUN accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and available prepaid payment methods. Prepaid orders must be successfully paid before dispatch.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking details will be shared when available. For delayed, missing, or incorrectly delivered parcels, contact aerunpk@gmail.com.

Customers should provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered, AERUN may contact the customer to arrange the next steps. Any applicable additional charges will be communicated in advance where required.
